Join artist and mindfulness guide Hillary Johnson for a restorative, artful exploration of seasonal living—right in the heart of Chicago. In this intimate workshop, you’ll be invited to slow down and tune in through a guided tasting of seasonal herbal teas and infusions, reflective meditation, and creative play.
Blending sensory experience with gentle inquiry, this session creates space to reconnect with your inner rhythms and the natural world—even amidst the city’s summer buzz. All participants will receive beautifully crafted take-home recipes to continue their practice of seasonal wellness.
Feel free to bring a journal, favorite pens, or travel art supplies—but everything you need will be provided. No previous experience is necessary—just curiosity, presence, and a willingness to sip, create, and reflect in the beautiful art-filled space of 21c Chicago.
Open to both Chicago locals and 21c guests seeking a moment of grounding and inspiration.
Hillary Johnson is an interdisciplinary artist, coach, and lifelong student of the natural world. Based in Chicago, her work bridges creativity, wellness, and seasonal living. With decades of experience in mindfulness, somatic practice, and personal transformation, Hillary gently guides others to slow down, listen inward, and align with the rhythms of nature—even in an urban landscape.
Through her offerings, Hillary invites people into deeper connection—with themselves, each other, and the Earth. Whether leading creative workshops, water-based rituals, or quiet moments of reflection, her approach is spacious, kind, and rooted in lived experience.
She believes that seasonal attunement is a powerful antidote to burnout, disconnection, and overstimulation—offering instead a path toward presence, nourishment, and meaningful change.
